CM Chouhan will hold regular departmental review meetings from January 3 to 7

Outline for 52 meetings set to take stock of activities of departments
 
Bhopal 02 January 2022: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that regular review is necessary for the sound implementation of public welfare schemes. Madhya Pradesh has been successful in bringing good results in many schemes as a result of regular review earlier also.

Programmes like Samadhan Online are also useful in resolving pending people’s problems. All these mediums will be used for good governance. The first week of the new year will be the week of review meetings. The Chief Minister's Office and the General Administration Department have prepared the outline for meetings date wise.

Meetings will start from January 3

Chief Minister Chouhan will take nine meetings of different departments including general administration, finance, home, prison, commercial, labor, sports and youth welfare, spirituality and forest departments after launching the vaccination campaign for children of 15 to 18 years on Monday, January 3.

After the Cabinet meeting on Tuesday, January 4, Chief Minister Chouhan will take nine meetings of the departments of Law and Legislative Affairs, Planning, Economic and Statistics, Cooperatives, Farmers’ Welfare and Agricultural Development, Fishermen's Welfare and Fisheries Development, Animal Husbandry, Energy, New and Renewable Energy and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.
In the order of review meetings, on Wednesday, January 5, 11 meetings will be held of various departments including Food – Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection, Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion, Social Justice and Disabled Welfare, Science and Technology, Public Works, School Education, Aviation, Bhopal Gas Tragedy Relief and Rehabilitation, Tourism Culture and Mineral Resources Department.

On Thursday, January 6, Chief Minister Chouhan will review programmes and schemes in total 11 meetings related to Panchayat and Rural Development, Tribal Affairs, Scheduled Castes Welfare, Backward Classes and Minorities Welfare, Denotified, Nomadic and Semi Nomadic Tribes Welfare, Public Health and Family Welfare, Medical Education, AYUSH, Water Resources, Narmada Valley Development, Urban Development and Housing Department.

On the last day of this series of review meetings on January 7, Chief Minister Chouhan will take 12 meetings related the departments of Public Health Engineering, Higher Education, Public Service Management, Public Relations, Technical Education and Skill Development, Women-Child Development, Horticulture and Food Processing, Cottage and Village Industries, Transport, Environment, Public Assets Management and Revenue Department.
