Chief Minister reviews Planning, Economic and Statistics Department
Bhopal 04 January 2022: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that the Planning, Economic and Statistics Department should conduct survey and analysis of district wise production and consumption. In-depth work should be done to encourage public participation in monitoring the plans of major departments. Under the Public Participation Scheme, the development works and rules approved in the districts should be reviewed. Chief Minister Chouhan was reviewing the Planning, Economic and Statistics Department on Tuesday. Planning, Economics and Statistics Minister Jagdish Deora, Chief Secretary Iqbal Singh Bains and departmental officers were present.
Chief Minister Chouhan stressed the need for Jan Abhiyan Parishad to work actively. He said that to take the benefits of various schemes to 23 thousand 51 gram panchayats of the state, make yourself a complete friend. Provide benefits of schemes to the people according to their eligibility by conducting survey.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that Akanshi districts and Akanshi development block programme should be speeded up. Social audit should be done at regular intervals in the Atmanirbhar Madhya Pradesh roadmap. After the social audit, it should be institutionalized after receiving the feedback of the society.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that active participation should be ensured in “Mein Corona Volunteer” campaign for the prevention of Corona virus. In the Atal Bhujal Yojana, work should be done in partnership as a District Implementation Partner. Play an important role in the prevention and management of sickle cell disease.
