Bhopal 04 January 2022: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that the Bills should be listed by the Department of Law and Legislative Affairs. Upload them on the portal. Simplify Acts, Rules and Policies. Chief Minister Chouhan was reviewing the Department of Law and Legislative Affairs on Tuesday. Departmental Minister Dr. Narottam Mishra, Chief Secretary Iqbal Singh Bains and departmental officers were present.
Upload updated Acts on Portal
Chief Minister Chouhan said that the updated Acts should be put on the portal. Repeal laws that are not needed. Study for amendments in Acts and Rules. Based on the long-term goals of the department, prepare the vision of the department for the financial year 2022-23 and implement it.
Speedup the process of setting up a civil court
Chief Minister Chouhan said that the process of establishment of civil courts in Porsa and Chitrangi should be done expeditiously. Chief Minister Chouhan said that time bound decisions should be taken on mandatory review of laws and recommendations after stipulated intervals.
Inter-departmental committee set up
