Citizens getting services from CM Helpline

CM Chouhan reviews Public Service Management Department
 
Bhopal 11 January 2022: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that providing services to citizens through CM. Helpline-181 is a very good initiative. CM Helpline-181 should be better utilized for not just for complaints but for providing services to the citizens. Chief Minister Chouhan was reviewing the Department of Public Service Management in Mantralaya. Cooperatives and Public Service Management Minister Dr. Arvind Singh Bhadauria, Chief Secretary Iqbal Singh Bains and other senior officers were present in the review meeting.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that in order to increase the reach of citizens through the CM helpline, through CM Jan Seva 181, 5 major public services are being provided for income certificate, bona fide resident certificate, copy of current Khasra, copy of B-1 Khatauni and copy of current map. This is a good effort. More services should be given to the citizens through CM Jansewa 181. He said that it is the duty of the government to serve the citizens.

Principal Secretary Public Service Management Manish Rastogi informed that at present 563 types of services are being provided through this. The number of services will be increased in the coming time. The target has been set to provide all the services online. In the year 2022-23, the process of opening Up Lok Seva Kendras at 730 Gram Panchayats and Up Lok Seva Kendras at the district level is in vogue – Window to News
