Chief Minister Chouhan Planted Saplings of Moulshree and Bija in Smart Garden

Bhopal 23 January 2022: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan planted saplings of Moulshree and Bija along with “Zindagi – The Hope of Change” organisation members Dr. Ashish Kumar Sharma, Rohit Upadhyay, Akshat Gupta in Smart Garden.

The members of the organisation are active in providing free medical treatment to the poor and plantation works. More than 10 thousand saplings were planted by the organisation in Ankur Yojana.
Free food was also provided to more than 25 thousand needy patients and their families in many hospitals during the Corona Curfew. Along with this, in the Post Covid Step Down Unit, poor and destitute elders were provided nutritious food by keeping them under the supervision of doctors for 15 days. The members of the organisation have donated blood to more than 1200 people this year. Warm clothes, blankets etc. are provided to the needy people in the organisation's campaign "Kare kapde dan banaye jeeven mahan" (Donate clothes, make life great).

Moulshree planted today is also called Kesav in Sanskrit, Molsari or Bakool in Hindi. It is a tree of medicinal importance, which has been used in Ayurveda for centuries.
