Bhopal 24 January 2022: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan planted a banyan sapling at Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Good Governance and Policy Analysis. Along with Chief Minister Chouhan, the officers and employees of the institute planted saplings of Neem, Mango, Peepal, Jamun, Karanj, Amaltas, Palash etc. in the campus. Chief Minister Chouhan administered pledge to the officers and employees for commitment to environmental protection, creating awareness among the masses and to make their contribution towards making the earth green by planting more and more saplings.
Chief Minister Chouhan also inaugurated the Reader's Corner for the research scholars in the institute. Chief Minister Chouhan said that this institute is working in a well-planned manner for making the state self-reliant, for coordinated development and good governance. The institute has engaged experts from different fields with the government. The purpose for which this institute was created, now that purpose is being fulfilled. Chief Minister Chouhan expressed happiness over the continuous expansion in the activities of environmental protection and plantation in the state.
