Chief Minister Chouhan reviews instructions of the earlier meetings
Bhopal 02 February 2022: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that all officers should work with team spirit for the development of the state. Every officer should be aware of government works. The officers of all departments should work in coordination. They must understand the work of each other’s departments and if there is a discrepancy, efforts must be made to remove it immediately. Chief Minister Chouhan was reviewing the compliance of the instructions given in the earlier departmental meeting at Mantralaya today. Ministers, Chief Secretaries, all Additional Chief Secretaries, Principal Secretaries and Secretaries were present in the meeting.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that the action on the instructions given to the departments will be reviewed regularly. Problems must be resolved promptly. Efforts must be made to obtain maximum amount for the schemes from the Government of India. Chief Minister Chouhan said that arrangements should be made to honor those who do good work in various fields. May the good of the society come in front of everyone.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that water usage charges for irrigation projects would be fixed at Rs 500 per acre. Officials should visit regularly, it will be reviewed regularly. Chief Minister Chouhan said that all divisional ITIs should be started from July. Rural engineer cadre should be prepared in coordination with the Technical Education department. Work should be done to ensure tapwater supply in every household. Quality must be ensured in construction works. MLAs should also monitor the works of tap-water schemes in their areas.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that senior officers should conduct field inspections of irrigation projects. There should be no delay in completion of irrigation projects. Complete the work of Ken-Betwa link project on priority.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that the National Education Policy should be implemented expeditiously. Institutional training should be arranged for the recruitment of youth in police and defense services. Take prompt action to start CM Rise Schools at the grassroots level. Ranking of schools must be done. New education policy must be implemented with care. Yoga and sports teachers must be arranged and Yoga Commission should be formed.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that work should be done promptly by adding new start-up policy and incubation center. More number of students are opting for organic farming courses in higher education. Such courses must be promoted. 75 colleges have been prepared for NAAC evaluation. In addition, work is underway to convert 50 colleges into multi-faculty colleges. This work must continue.
Physical education college Shivpuri should be empowered. A ceremony for conferring Sports Awards 2021 should be organized.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that development and use of playgrounds in the state must be ensured in coordination with the Panchayat and Rural Development Department. Mukhya Mantri Cup, MLA Cup should be organised to promote sports.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that private sponsorship should be encouraged in the state through industries and business organizations so that no orphan remains destitute. He said that combined efforts must be made to adopt Anganwadis. So far 55 thousand people have adopted Anganwadis. There are more than 97 thousand Anganwadis in the state. Incomplete works of Anganwadi buildings must be completed fast.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that the summary of Ladli Laxmi Yojana 2.0 is ready. Every effort must be made to ensure better life of daughters. The birth ratio of daughters in the state has increased from 914 to 956, in which Ladli Laxmi Yojana has a major contribution. In the upcoming budget, provision for child budgeting will also be made.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that the Department of Health and Women and Child Development should organize a healthy child competition. Maintenance and upkeep of tribal hostels should be done on war footing. No compromise will be made on the quality of the construction works of the hostels. He said that all inspection, food arrangements should be uploaded by preparing an app for hostel inspection. Maintenance of buildings should be done every year.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that inspection of backward class hostels should be done regularly. Strict action should be taken against the violators. This is the responsibility of all of us. Scheduled Castes, Tribes and Backward Classes Finance Development Corporation should prepare an action plan for self-employment. He said that there should be no difficulty in making ration cards and caste certificates of the communities included in the denotified category.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that an action plan has been prepared for repairs under the Pradhan Mantri Ayushman Bharat Adhosanrachna Mission. Make urban health centers a model by developing them on the lines of Mohalla clinics. Card making campaign is going on in Ayushman Bharat scheme. So far 2 crore 60 lakh cards have been made in the state, which is the highest in the country. Cheap medicines are available from Jan Aushadhi Kendra.
