Chief Minister discussed with senior officials in New Delhi
Discussions took place with the officials at the Resident Commissioners office in Delhi
A meeting was held in Ukraine regarding the comeback of the trapped children of Madhya Pradesh
Bhopal 28 February 2022: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan today held discussions with senior officials of Central and Madhya Pradesh government regarding the children trapped in Ukraine during his stay in New Delhi and inquired about the updated situation. The Chief Minister Chouhan directed the Housing Commissioner, Madhya Pradesh and other officials to ensure that the children of Madhya Pradesh who are returning New Delhi from Ukraine through various means, should be provided accommodation, food and other arrangements. Make necessary arrangements for the children by making them tension free.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that all such children should be assured that they will not face any problem. Chief Minister Chouhan was told by the officials that he is in constant touch with the guardians. Students are reaching New Delhi from Ukraine by different flights. Tomorrow from Ukraine one flight will come to Mumbai and two flights will come to Delhi. So far 29 children of Madhya Pradesh have come to India. Today on Monday evening 6 children have come back safely.
It is noteworthy that since last 4 days the office of the residential commissioner of Madhya Pradesh government located in New Delhi is working day and night. Responsibility has been entrusted to each officer for this important task. The office located in New Delhi is in constant touch with the Chief Minister's Office, Bhopal.
Chief Minister gave important instructions in the meeting
Talk to the children's parents with kindness and sensitivity.
Make sure that proper arrangements are made for the children by constantly contacting the Indian Embassy.
