Resolve complaints satisfactorily: Chief Minister Chouhan

Bhopal 07 March 2022: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has directed officers to ensure that the grievances of the common man are resolved satisfactorily. Complaints of CM Helpline should not be force closed without satisfying the applicant. Chief Minister Chouhan was addressing the Samadhan online programme at Mantralaya today through video conferencing. Director General of Police Sudhir Kumar Saxena, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Manish Rastogi and other officers were present.

Chief Minister Chouhan sought information from Principal Secretary Public Health Engineering Malay Shrivastava about the delay in the work of Nal-Jal Yojana in the case of Arjun Surma of Harda district. Chief Minister Chouhan has directed to suspend the then Sub Engineer Jyoti Mahobia and Executive Engineer S.K. Pawar in the case. He also directed the concerned contractor to be blacklisted. He said that no Nal-Jal Yojana should be approved without a source.

Chief Minister Chouhan inquired about the reason behind the delay in the case of Ganga Prasad Yadav of Khandwa district. Why did it take more than a year to find the child, he enquired to which, SP Khandwa gave information about the valid reason.

Chief Minister Chouhan also got information about the reason for the delay in the case of Ghanshyam Jamnani of Narmadapuram. He said that since the year 2018, the applicant has not got the mark sheet yet. He directed the Higher Education Department to provide marksheets on time in such cases. The Chief Minister said that 335 such cases are pending in the state, which should be resolved in a week.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that in the case of Sushri Malti Kushwaha of Shivpuri district, the amount should be given on time to the applicant in case of her husband’s death. He said that in all such cases, speedy action must be ensured and the amount should be given on time. The Principal Secretary Labor has been given necessary instructions in this regard. He said that no Kalyani in the state should wander for money. He directed the Collector to provide assistance of Rs two lakh, benefit of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana and to give full assistance to the applicant keeping a humanitarian approach. He also told to provided her job in the Nagar Parishad.

Chief Minister Chouhan inquired the reason behind force closure by Public Health Department in the case of Bansilal of Ujjain district. He said that the complaint should not be force closed without providing a satisfactory resolution. He directed the Additional Chief Secretary Mohammad Suleman to stop one increment of the Joint Director concerned in the matter.

Chief Minister Chouhan took information from the Collector in the case of Shri Ajay Mishra of Rewa. Chief Minister Chouhan said that why the case was force closed. The Chief Minister directed the concerned Chief Engineer PHE to issue show cause notices in the matter.

Chief Minister Chouhan directed the Principal Secretary Technical Education to get the pending cases resolved on time in the case of Deepak Singh Rajput of Khargone. Chief Minister Chouhan asked the reason for the delay in the case of Radheshyam Banjara of Mandsaur. He directed the officers of the Central Bank to take action expeditiously in the pending cases of PM Swanidhi Yojana and other schemes. The officers of other banks were also directed to resolve the pending cases expeditiously.
Chief Minister Chouhan expressed satisfaction over the resolution of the issue of post-matric scholarship of Rajveer Singh of Bhind district.

Chief Minister Chouhan appreciated the departments and officers for their achievements in cases of CM Helpline. He said that keeping in view the summer season, drinking water issues should be resolved by the PHE department promptly. He instructed the districts showing less progress in resolving the complaints of CM Helpline to work harder. The Chief Minister gave necessary instructions to the collectors of Rewa, Panna, Damoh, Ashoknagar, to speed up redressal of complaints.
