Bhopal 22 March 2022: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan planted Gulmohar sapling in Smart Garden today. Chief Minister Chouhan along with S.K. Kohli, Radheshyam Sahu, Vallabh Dongre and DC Bhatt of Parpeeda Seva Samiti planted Saptaparni sapling.
The Samiti is actively participating in the field of environment and cleanliness along with the service work of poor patients with public cooperation. The Samiti has also planted a large number of saplings in different areas of the city. It provides costly medicines and injections to needy patients and helps in various types of tests like CT scan, MRI, operation of kidney. Besides, the Samiti provides nutritious food to the needy patients, other necessary materials, artificial limbs and equipments for the Divyangs and makes arrangements for education of poor children and extends assistance to the poor families when needed. The Samiti is also motivating people for eye donation and body donation.
Gulmohar is considered one of the most beautiful trees in the world. Flowers blooming in big bunches among the leaves of Gulmohar give a distinct attraction to this tree. In summer, Gulmohar trees are full of flowers instead of leaves. It is also rich in medicinal properties.
