Fulfilling oath for 365 days is the Executive body’s responsibility : Governor Patel

Bhopal 27 March 2022 : Governor Mangubhai Patel has asked the members of the newly-elected executive committee of Chamber of Commerce Bhopal to remember the oath taken to fulfill the responsibility of the office on all 365 days. It is their responsibility to behave accordingly. He said that only material happiness comes from wealth.

Spiritual happiness is obtained only through service. Therefore, it is necessary to assume the responsibility of cooperation in the development of the backward and deprived sections of the society. Along with supporting the efforts of the government, we must work to help the needy at our individual level as well. He expressed the hope that the members of the Chamber would set an example of exemplary initiative in this direction.

Governor Patel was addressing the closing ceremony of newly elected office bearers of Bhopal Chamber of Commerce and Industries at Samanvay Bhawan today. The Governor administered the oath to the members of the executive committee. He honored businessmen Ajay Gupta, Sandeep Godha, Krishna Kumar Gattani and Sushri Anshul Gupta for their excellent work.

Governor Patel said that ancient India symbolized prosperity in the world, which was referred to by metaphors such sone ki chidiya, where rivers of milk and curd flow. The reason for this was the quality products and self-sustaining economy of our small and cottage industries. Efforts are being made by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to re-establish the same pride of the nation through Made-in-India and Atmanirbhar Bharat. The government is making efforts to improve productivity standards in villages, identify and promote new income opportunities.

MP Sadhvi Pragya Thakur said that she stands with the traders and businessmen in the development efforts of Bhopal. MLA and former minister PC Sharma appreciated the public cooperation extended by the traders during Corona period. Former Mayor Alok Sharma called upon the people of Bhopal to resolve to make Bhopal the cleanest city in the country. He urged the traders and businessmen to come forward with the Chamber in the efforts to make Bhopal a smart, digital and heritage city by providing organized wholesale markets, Transport Nagar and parking facilities.
Chamber President Tejkul Pal Singh Pali gave the welcome address. He informed that a women’s wing is being formed by the Chamber. Women members will be given 25 percent rebate in fee. Aditya Maniya proposed the vote of thanks – Window to News
