Resolve complaints of CM Helpline satisfactorily : CM Chouhan

Bhopal 12 April 2022: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that the officers should satisfactorily redress the grievances of the people coming to the CM Helpline. Strict action will be taken against the concerned on force and unsatisfactory closure of complaints. The Chief Minister directed that there should be no delay in redressal of complaints, the grievances of the applicants should be resolved immediately.

Chief Minister Chouhan was addressing the video conferencing of Samadhan Online Programme at Mantralaya. Chief Secretary Iqbal Singh Bains, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Manish Rastogi, Principal Secretaries of various departments, Divisional Commissioner, Collector, Superintendent of Police and other officers took part.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that the complaints coming in the Samadhan online programme should be taken seriously. Negligence in redressal of complaints will not be tolerated. Chief Minister Chouhan directed to take action against fake colleges in a case of Gwalior. In another case of Gwalior and in a case of one Manish Dhakad, applicant of Morena, he expressed his displeasure at the officers concerned for forced and unsatisfactory closure of the complaint and directed to take strict action. Chief Minister Chouhan directed to get the pending payment of Ghaffar Khan of Rajgarh made at the earliest.

Chief Minister Chouhan congratulated the departments, districts and officers for their good performance in resolving the complaints of CM Helpline and directed the poor performers to improve and perform better.
