Bhopal 25 April 2022: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that departmental officers should work in mission mode to step up the activities of Tejaswini groups. Medium like e-vouchers may be used for making payments to the members of the group. Decision has already been taken to issue e-vouchers for purchase of equipment in Agriculture Department and purchase of cycles in Education Department. Chief Minister Chouhan informed that in his recent meeting with Prime Minister Modi, he has been made aware about the use of e-vouchers along with important schemes implemented in Madhya Pradesh.

Chief Minister Chouhan was holding discussion with senior officers in Mantralaya today regarding the works of Women Finance and Development Corporation, implementation of Nari Samman Kosh and Naveen Mahila Udyam Shakti Yojna. It was told that women beneficiaries under Mukhya Mantri Udyam Kranti Yojana would be benefited from Shakti Portal. Formation of a Project Cell has also been proposed. In the meeting, discussion was also held regarding provision of Rs 100 crore for Mukhya Mantri Nari Samman Kosh, Mukhya Mantri Udyam Shakti Yojana and interest subsidy to groups of rural and urban livelihood missions. Chief Secretary Iqbal Singh Bains, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Manish Rastogi, Additional Chief Secretary Women and Child Development Ashok Shah and other officers were present – Window to News
