College students to become volunteers at Khelo India Youth Games-2022

The fifth edition of Khelo India Youth Games-2022 is being organized in 8 different districts from January 31 to February 11, 2023 in the state. College students will play an important role of volunteers in this grand event of sports. For this, the process of registration has started. The last date is November 30.
The Khelo India Youth Games will be held in Bhopal, Indore, Ujjain, Gwalior, Mandla, Balaghat, Jabalpur and Khargone. In this, NCC and NSS students of government colleges will work as volunteers. More than 6 thousand players from different states are participating in Khelo India. For the convenience of these players from different provinces, the Higher Education Department will give priority to multi-lingual students for volunteers. Additionally, students associated with sports of government colleges can also register themselves.
After the online registration process of Khelo India Games, the process of verification and selection of students registered at college and university level will be completed from December 1 to 5. From December 15, these selected volunteers will be given a week's training by experts. The selected volunteers will be present from 7 am to 7 pm at the designated place in the districts during the sports event.
