Committee Members to be taken on Tour to High Court

Minister Rampal Singh at Advisory Committee's Meeting of Law Department 

Bhopal: Minister for Law and Legislative Affairs Rampal Singh in a Advisory Committee's meeting of Law and Legislative Department said that a tour of High Court will be arranged for committee members to study the procedure concerning law. Also tour of Supreme Court will be conducted after obtaining permission form the Chief Minister, if necessary.

Singh further mentioned that an action regarding establishment of court of Additional District Judge in Pohri of district Shivpuri will be initiated shortly. MLA Govardhan Upadhyaya put forth a proposal for establishing A.D.J. Court at Lateri of district Vidisha.

Members of the Committee MLAs Durgalal Vijay, Bla Bachchan, R.D. Prajapati and other members namely Mahendra Singh Marawi besides other officers were present in the meeting. Vote of thanks was proposed by Principal Secretary Law and Legislative S.K. Saxena.-WTN
