CM Chouhan to take part in Conference
Bhopal: A state level conference is being organised first time in the state on ‘Juvenile Justice and Capacity Building’ subject at National Judicial Academy, Bhopal on July 29. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Members of Judicial Fraternity, Members of NGOs and Children Welfare Societies and other stakeholders working for the welfare of children under the Juvenile Justice Act will take part in the conference.
Recommendations of Earlier Conferences to be Issued
It may be mentioned that three conferences at Indore, Gwalior and Jabalpur were held earlier. Recommendations received after the deliberations in the earlier conferences by experts on how to rehabilitate and bring children having delinquent behavior in the mainstream of our society will be issued in this conference.
Justice Madan B. Lokur-Supreme Court of India, Chief Justice High Court Madhya Pradesh Hemant Gupta, Executive Chairman SLSA S.K. Seth, Chairperson Juvenile Justice Committee-High Court of Madhya Pradesh Justice J.K. Maheshwari, Justice Ahluwalia, Justice Rohit Arya and State Representative UNICEF Michael Steven Juma are also taking part in the conference.-WTN
