CM Chouhan Goes for Shopping on Dhanteras

Bhopal: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan along with his family went for purchasing as per the Indian tradition on the occasion of Dhanteras. Shri Chouhan along with his wife Smt. Sadhna Singh and son Kartikey visited Agrawal Jewelers and Darvesh Bartan Bhandar located in New Market. He purchased silver coin, idols of Laxmi and Ganesha, bronze platter and copper jug. He made cashless digital payment for the purchase.

Extending greetings of Dhanteras and Deepawali to the people of the state, Chouhan said that the happiness and prosperity should come in the lives of the people. He further mentioned that welfare schemes for all the sections of the society have been made in the state. Bhavantar Bhugtan Yojana has been started to ensure reasonable prices to the farmers for their agriculture produces. Mukhya Mantri Medhavi Vidhyarthi Yojana is being implemented in the state for the talented students. Poor welfare agenda has also been implemented in the state. Chouhan stated that all the people of the state should lead healthy and happy lives and state should progress. Mayor Alok Sharma and Anil Agrawal were present on the occasion.-Windowtonews
