Education Minister of Ethiopia visited IGRMS

Bhopal: Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sanghralaya is working for national integration, and promotes research and training for salvage and revitalization of vanishing but valuable cultural traditions. On November 04, 2017, a team of led by Shri Teshome Lemma Wodajo (Union Technical & Higher Education Minister, Govt of Ethiopia) accompanied by officials of CRISP, Bhopal. On this occasion the Hon'ble Ministers visited the Chakhesang Naga House, Wanchu Tribal House, Tribal Habitat Exhibition and Coastal Village open air exhibitionof the museum. The Hon'ble Minister was guided through the visit by Prof Sarit Kumar Chaudhuri (Director, IGRMS) and other senior officials of IGRMS.
Wodajo was pleased to see complete traditional habitats from all over the country. They praised the Director and museum team for preserving the cultural heritage at such large scale.
'Vigilance Awareness Week'
Under the activities of 'Vigilance Awareness Week' a fire fighting demonstration-cum-training was given by Security Cell of IGRMS. Lt. COL. Nitinraj Deshpandey gave the demonstration to Sangrahalaya Staff and audience presence.-Windowtonews
