Two killed in Afghan suicide attack

Kabul Nov 10 (IANS) Two persons were killed and five security personnel injured on Friday in a suicide attack in Afghanistan s Helmand province police said.
The attack occurred outside a police checkpoint at Lashkar Gah the provincial capital a police official told Xinhua news agency.
"A terrorist riding an explosive-laden car was attempting to enter a police checkpoint but was identified by the police and detonated his device outside the post killing himself and a policeman " he said.
