Afghan clashes claim 11 lives

Kabul Dec 3 (IANS) At least 11 persons including two soldiers were killed as clashes erupted between security forces and the Taliban in eastern Afghanistan officials said here on Sunday.
The clashes took place in Nani village of Andar district on Saturday. The dead also included nine militants Xinhua news agency reported.
