3 soldiers killed in Pakistan suicide blast

Islamabad Feb 3 (IANS) At least three army officers were killed and seven others injured in a suicide blast inside an army unit in Pakistan s northwest Swat district on Saturday officials said.
The Inter-Services Public Relations Pakistan Army s media wing said in a statement that the attack happened in a sports area of the unit in Kabal town of Swat a district located in the country s northwest Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
The attack happened when the soldiers were playing volleyball.
