Six labourers dead in Lahore fire

Islamabad: Six labourers died and several others were injured on Wednesday in a fire which broke out in a two-storey building of a construction company in Lahore, an official said.
Eight injured labourers were rescued from the blaze and rushed to hospital, where six succumbed to their injuries, police and rescue officials told Dawn News.
The incident occurred near Mehmood Booti Interchange in Lahore Cantt, Superintendent of Police Rana Tahir said.-Agency
