Washington March 1 (IANS) US President Donald Trump is delivering his highly-anticipated maiden speech to the Congress at the Capitol Hill here.
He is seeking to strengthen his young presidency boost low approval ratings and detail an agenda of economic empowerment health reforms and increased defence spending in his Tuesday address .
