The Hague, March 3 (IANS) An explosion occurred near a Covid-19 testing centre in the town of Bovenkarspel in the Netherlands on Wednesday morning, police said.The blast caused no casualties, but it did shatter windows, reports Xinhua news agency.The explosion of a metal pipe outside the building occurred at 6.55 a.m., when the centre was closed. According to the police, the testing centre was probably the target.
