Bomb blast kills 7 in Afghanistan (Lead)
Kabul June 30 (IANS) Seven civilians were killed and five others wounded in a roadside bomb explosion in Afghanistan s eastern province of Nangarhar on Friday.
The explosion occurred when a van hit the bomb in Achin district 120 km east of Kabul at around midday the government said. The injured were shifted to a hospital Xinhua news agency reported.
The government blamed the Islamic State militants for the bomb attack.
