Lok Sabha adjourned till noon

New Delhi Dec 20 (IANS) The Lok Sabha was again disrupted on Wednesday over Prime Minister Narendra Modi s Pakistan jibe at his predecessor Manmohan Singh during the just concluded Gujarat election campaign.

The House was adjourned within minutes after it met. Congress members trooped near the Speaker s podium raising slogans asking the Prime Minister demanding an apology from Modi.

Speaker Sumitra Mahajan adjourned the House till 12 p.m.

Modi during the campaign had claimed that during a meeting at Congress leader Mani Shankar Aiyar s residence the guests including Manmohan Singh discussed the Gujarat polls with Pakistan s High Commissioner to India Sohail Mahmood and former Pakistani Foreign Minister Khurshid Kasuri.
