C.P. Joshi removed as Congress Bihar pointsman

New Delhi April 2 (IANS) Congress President Rahul Gandhi on Monday removed senior leader C.P. Joshi as the party in-charge of Bihar replacing him with Shaktisinh Gohil.
"The party appreciates the hard work and contribution of C.P. Joshi who is relieved from the charge of General Secretary in-charge of Bihar " a Congress statement said.
In another rejig Gandhi appointed Anugrah Anand Narayan Singh as the Congress pointsman of Uttarakhand.
