Minor girl raped in Odisha, accused arrested

Bhubaneswar May 13 (IANS) A man was arrested on charge of raping a seven-year-old girl in Soro area in Odisha s Balasore district police said on Sunday.
Mahendra Malik of Purusottampur was arrested after he allegedly raped her during a wedding function in the village on May 11.
The girl narrated the incident to her mother following which a police complaint was lodged said police Inspector Dilip Kumar Sahoo.
