Thiruvananthapuram May 24 (IANS) After avoiding each other in Bengaluru on Wednesday West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Thursday greeted her Kerala counterpart Pinarayi Vijayan on his 74th birthday.
"Birthday greetings to Pinarayi Vijayan " Banerjee tweeted.
On Wednesday at the swearing in ceremony of Karnataka Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy Vijayan and Banerjee failed to greet each other even as she shook hands with CPI-M General Secretary Sitaram Yechuri.
