AAP lawmaker acquitted in defacement case
New Delhi June 4 (IANS) A court here on Monday acquitted Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) legislator Bandana Kumari in 2013 property defacement case.
Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Samar Vishal acquitted Bandana Kumari MLA from Shalimar Bagh constituency in a case registered against her under the Prevention of Defacement of Property Act observed that Delhi Police had failed to establish a case against her.
Delhi Police has registered a FIR against her during the 2013 assembly elections.
