He also named all 4 defence ministers as 4 “RAFALE Mantris”. But, none of them know what really transpired in France. He accused PM Modi to have all the details of gray side of the deal but he is not clearing the facts.Congress gave notice of privilege abuses against Modi and Nirmala Sitharaman on Tuesday in the Lok Sabha. In a to Lok Sabha speaker Sumitra Mahajan, Congress leader Mallikarjun Khadge said in the Lok Sabha that Modi government misled the country by lying in Parliament about the privacy condition in the Raphael air strike deal with France. Khadge alleged that Narendra Modi had replied on no confidence motion on July 20 that prices of Rafael could not be disclosed as it is matter related with nation security. The Defense Minister also refused to tell the price of the aircraft, referring to the confidentiality agreement of 2008 related to this deal.
