HC rejects Abu Salem parole petition for marrying girlfriend

The Bombay High Court has dismissed the petition for marriage filed by underworld don Abu Salem, guilty of the Mumbai blasts. Decision of the court fails Salem planning of marriage. Underworld don Abu Salem applied for a parole of 45 days in court. This is second perole petition filed by Salem for his marriage but this time the court also rejected it. The Division Bench of Acting Chief Justice Vijaya Kapse Tahilmani and Justice Mr. Mahesh Sonak did the hearing.
Earlier Salem had said that he is going to marry on May 5 but did not write any date anywhere in the petition he had filed, due to which the court had rejected his first parole petition. Salem wants to marry with Kausar Bahar a Mumbra resident.
Earlier Salem claimed that he had married Kausar Bahar in the train in 2014, at that time he was being taken to Lucknow for hearing. Then Quazi performed his marriage rituals with Kausar on phone. According to the sources, Salim's nephew Rashid Ansari and Mumbai and Lucknow police men were witnesses of marriage. However, the police officials of both the states had understatement because it was a big mistake in the matter of security.
Kausar Bahar also filed a petition in the local court to marry Salem earlier. Then she said that if she did not get permission to marry Abu Slaem, she would commit suicide. She had said that she now wants to marry Salem because her marriage rumors led to her slander. Kausar met Salem during the hearing in the court after which she used to reach the court on every hearing of Salem, after that both of them fell in love.
It is notable that before this Salem's name was joined with Bollywood actress Monica Bedi. Salem was extradited from Portugal in 2005, since then he is in jail. Under the Extradition Agreement, the Government of India can not keep Salem in jail for more than 25 years. Salem has been sentenced to life imprisonment.
