Jan Ashirwad Yatra postponed owing to Vajpayee s ill health
Bhopal Aug 16 (IANS) Owing to former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee s critical health Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Thursday postponed the Jan Ashirwad Yatra which was to begin Thursday from Chhindwara district.
"I am praying for Atal ji s speedy recovery. He has been an inspiration for all " the Chief Minister told reporters.
"Chief Minister Chouhan s Jan Ashirwad Yatra was to begin Thursday but since Atal ji s health is on a decline since last night the Yatra has been postponed. Next date for the Yatra will be decided soon " Bharatiya Janata Party leader Prabhat Jha told reporters in Chhindwara.
