Asian games 2018: India won two silver in Shooting, Deepak won 10 meter air rifle and Lakshya in male trap rifle

India won two silver medals in shooting on the second day of the 18th Asian Games on Monday. First silver medal won by Deepak Kumar in 10 meter air rifle event and the second medal won by Lakshya Sharon in men's trap rifle. Gold medal of 10 meter air rifle event was secured by China's Yang Haoran. On the other hand, Ravi Kumar, who won the bronze medal at the 10 meter air rifle mixed team event on Sunday, remained number four.

On the other hand, Indian women team in badminton lost in the quarterfinals. Japan beat India 3-1. On winning the silver medal, shooter Abhinav Bindra, who won the gold medal at the Beijing Olympics and Union Sports Minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, greeted Deepak on twitter. Rajyavardhan Singh is the silver medalist at the Athens Olympic Games.
