After the decree of the ruling Tripura's coalition government of Bharatiya Janata Party and Swadeshi Peoples Front of Tripura (IPFT), a dispute has arisen. In fact, issuing a memorandum, officials have been told that they should not wear jeans, t-shirts etc. during duty. After this decision, Congress and CPM have started attacking the government.
Principal Secretray Susheel Kumar, Education, revenue and Culture Affairs has asked the officers to follow the dress code in state level official meetings in the memorandum.
