TCS regain title of most valued company over RIL

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has once again achieved title of the country's most valuable company. TCS has surpassed Reliance Industries (RIL) on the basis of market cap. Before some days RIL had snatched the title from TCS.
On Friday, after the trading ended in the stock exchanges TCS market cap was of Rs 7, 95,654.49 cr, which is Rs 9,183.83 cr more than Reliance Capital's market capitalization of Rs 7,86,470.66 cr. TCS has regained its title within a week.
On Friday, TCS 'shares closed at 0.06 percent with a marginal drop of Rs 2,078.20. At the same time, Reliance's shares closed 2.60 per cent down at Rs 1,240.95. Reliance became the country's first company to acquire a market cap of Rs 8 lakh cr this week.
On July 13, the market value of Reliance Industries reached 7 lakh cr rupees. Reliance became the second company after Tata Consultancy Services to gain this title. Both the companies are in one to one race to be the top cap company of India.
