2 held for killing BSP panchayat member

New Delhi Sep 4 (IANS) Two youths were arrested for killing a Bahujan Samaj Party panchayat member from Uttar Pradesh on Monday over personal enmity police said on Tuesday.
The accused have been identified as Fahad Khan 18 and his accomplice Farhan Ansari 19. THey are the resident of south Delhi s Zakir Nagar. They were arrested on Tuesday from their hideout in Jamia Nagar.
"Fahad Khan and Farhan Ansari were identified with the help of CCTV footage. They were captured when they were escaping on a bike after firing on the BSP panchayat member from Uttar Pradesh Dilshad 35 who was later declared dead on arrival at a hospital " Deputy Commissioner of Police Chinmoy Biswal said.
