Congress President Rahul Gandhi once again launched a sharp attack on Narendra Modi over the alleged statement of French President François Hollande reference to the "offset partner" in the Rafale fighter aircraft deal published in a website.
On the Rafael deal, Gandhi tweeted that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and industrialist Anil Ambani jointly organised a 'surgical strike' of Rs.1,30,000 crore on defense forces. Prime Minister Modi insulted the sacrifices of our martyred soldiers. You betrayed the soul of India.

Politics over rafale deal boosted again after a report published in the French website 'MediaPart', it said that the name of Reliance was proposed from India for the Rafel deal, and there was no alternative other than Reliance Aircraft for Dassault Aviation. Oland has alleged that this deal was made by the Indian government for the name of Indian industrialist Anil Ambani's Reliance Defense Industries.
