Army Chief Gen. Bipin Rawat has expressed his anger over the violence against our soldiers and the vandalism being done by the Pakistani army. He said on Monday that Pakistan needed a further surgical strike against militants.

Gen Rawat said that control of the Pakistani government is necessary on army and ISI, without this peace is not possible in border. He said that peace in the border is not possible till the occupancy of Pak army on that area. Targeting the policemen is the frustration of the terrorists. Earlier on Sunday Gen Bipin Rawat said on surgical strike that let it be a surprise.

When the army chief questioned again about the surgical strike, he said that surgical strikes are always like the surprise and should keep it the same. On the cancellation of India-Pakistan Foreign Ministers meeting, he said that negotiations and terrorism are not possible together. Gen Rawat said that the government's policy is clear. Pakistan has to prove by its own actions that it is not promoting terror
