Kejriwal calls 'Ayushman Bharat’ as ‘Jumla’, Shah replied ‘political selfishness’

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal claimed that the health plan launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday, 'Ayushman Bharat' is the only way of promoting (PR) exercise, which will prove another "Jumala".

Kejriwal tweeted referring a document and written “Pl read - why Ayushman Bharat is another PR exercise and will prove another jumla”. He said that this scheme is a white elephant and alleged that it covers only six lakhs of households out of 50 lakhs in Delhi. Kejriwal tweeted in the context of his statement, "Please read - How is another way of promoting Ayushman Bharat, which will prove to be another paradox".

BJP President Amit Shah replied to Kejriwal and on Sunday said that the decision of the Delhi government of to keep out of Ayushman Bharat Yojna shows his narrow mentality. He said that BJP workers in Delhi will go to the house and tell the people about the decision of the government to stay out of the plan.
Shah tweeted, "Due to the self political selfishness and malice of the Delhi Chief Minister, it is very sad and condemnable to keep the people of the state deprived of the benefits of the Prime Minister Jan Arogya Yojana- Ayushman Bharat. Due to the narrow thinking of Aam Aadmi Party, the poor people of Delhi will not get the benefit of this scheme. You have to answer the public for your inferior politics. "
