Upper cast led ‘SAPAKS’ now a political party, contests in all 230 assembly seats in MP

New party could form trouble for BJP and Congress and tilt the cast based scenario ahead of elecion in MP
Just before the assembly polls in Madhya Pradesh upper-caste community led by the Samanya Pichhra Alpsankhyak Kalyan Samaj (SAPAKS) declared them as a political party. Today, In Bhopal constitution of party and name was announced. Heraral Trivedi, the patron of the organisation, will now be the party's president. SAPAKS will contest all 230 assembly seats in the state while Karani Sena and other organisations will also support Sapaks

On September 30, the Mahakranti rally of organisation was held in Bhopal to protest against the Atrocity act. During this it was announced that, on October 2, the party will be formed. According to that announcement, SAPAKS has now become a political party and it has also made the state executive. There are 4 vice-presidents in it too. The opposition to reservation in the Atrocity Act and Promotion will be the major election issue of the SAPAKS. Election symbol of the party will be decided after the approval of Election Commission.
Earlier in Mahakranti rally in Bhopal, SAPAKS had accused the current Shivraj led BJPgovernment of adopting every kind of tactics to thwart the rally. As well as canceling 18 trains, no permission was given to the assembly in Bhopal city. Despite this, hundreds of people from the upper castes came to Bhopal to join the rally. It will be interesting to see in future that whether SAPAKS party will create the difficulties for the BJP and Congress in state.
