4-year-old molested, juvenile booked under POCSO Act

New Delhi Oct 3 (IANS) A four-year-old girl was molested by her juvenile neighbour in north Delhi s Seelampur area early on Wednesday following which a case was registered under the stringent POCSO Act police said.
"The accused probably aged 17 or 18 is absconding. We are not sure of his age as of now " Joint Commissioner of Police Ravinder Yadav said.
The case under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act was registered on the complaint of the girl s mother who told police that the accused took the child to a room and touched her private parts.
