After 21 years, India's longest railroad bridge is set to open

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will open Bogibeel bridge on December 25 Christmas Day. The project that took 21 years to build will link Assam and Arunachal. Its foundation stone was laid by former Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda in 1997. Then Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee inaugurated the construction work for the Bogibeel bridge in 2002.
