Rahul to set up task force on national security

New Delhi, Feb 21 (IANS) Congress President Rahul Gandhi is going to set up a task force on national security headed by a retired Lt. General of the Indian Army, the Congress said on Thursday.The task force would be headed by Lt Gen D.S. Hooda (retd) and prepare a vision paper for the country in consultation with a select group of experts.
