Chennai : Caretaker Tamil Nadu Chief Minister O Panneerselvam said on Wednesday a Commission of Inquiry headed by a Supreme Court judge will be appointed to probe into the death of his predecessor and AIADMK General Secretary J. Jayalalithaa. IANS
