Clashes erupt in Kashmir village
Srinagar March 4 (IANS) Clashes erupted on Saturday between protesters and security forces near Kashmir s Shopian district police said
The clashes took place in Sugan village adjacent to Chillipora village where a gunfight had started on Friday between security forces and holed-up militants.
However the militants reportedly escaped later on Friday night the police said.
Tear smoke was used to disperse the protesters with no reports of any casualties.
