New Delhi, Feb 19 (IANS) The Delhi High Court Bar Association on Wednesday condemned the transfer of Justice S. Muralidhar to Chandigarh.A meeting of Emergency Executive Committee has been called at 3 p.m.The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the transfer of Justice Muralidhar to Punjab and Haryana High Court.
