Goa CM submits resignation to Governor
Panaji March 11 (IANS) Goa Chief Minister Laxmikant Parsekar submitted his resignation to Goa Governor Mridula Sinha on Saturday.
Parsekar who lost the election from the Mandrem assembly seat is expected to address a press conference later.
