Two killed in Delhi road accident

New Delhi March 28 (IANS) Two persons died while two others were critically injured after their speeding car hit a divider and overturned police said on Tuesday.

Police said the accident took place at Mukundpur flyover late on Monday night when the four - Ankit Gupta 27 Nayan 28 Ashish 29 and Saurav 30 all of Uttar Pradesh were going from Mandawali to Jhangirpuri in east Delhi.

A passer-by informed police about the accident. All of the four were taken to a nearby private hospital where Ankit and Nayan were declared brought dead while the condition of Ashish and Saurav who are still unconscious is still critical said a senior police officer.

Prima facie it was found that all the four consumed alcohol. Their family members have been informed police said.
