Farooq Abdullah wins Srinagar by-poll
Srinagar April 15 (IANS) National Conference President and former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah on Saturday won the by-poll to the Srinagar-Budgam parliamentary seat beating his PDP rival Nazir Ahmad Khan.
